ARCHPRIEST’S CHURCH

Period and style: 18th century’s double façade

Outside, you can see statues by the sculptor Marco Casagrande

The interior is decorated with 18 paintings by Egidio Dall’Oglio and  two canvases by Bartolomeo Dall’Oglio; in the opposite chapel, there is the interesting Guido Brandolini’s sepulchral mausoleum (1647-1693).

CISON DI VALMARINO’S CASTLE

Period: It was built in 1194 by order of Gabriele Da Camino. Its aim was to dominate the valley. The castle was restored several times and enlarged to its present size by the architect Ottavio Scotti from Treviso. The last restoration is now in progress.

The nearby 18th-century’s church has some remarkable paintings by Egidio Dall’Oglio.
